Claudia Guerrero

Claudia Guerrero is an associate attorney at Dilley Law Firm who has experience handling a wide range of personal injury matters, such as: auto accidents, worksite & construction injuries, wrongful death, dram shop (drunk driver) liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, defective product liability, food poisoning, sexual assault – civil liability, as well as mass tort litigation.    

Claudia was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley to family with generations of public servants, committed to helping others throughout the community. After graduating from McAllen High School, Claudia chose to attend her father’s alma mater, Texas State University, where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in English and Philosophy.

Instilled from an early age with the values of public service, compassion for others, and equal access to justice, Claudia chose to utilize her passion for reading and strength in writing toward a career in law. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, where her legal research and writing skills led to publication and recognition by the State Bar of Texas’ International Law Section.

To those who know her, it is no coincidence that Claudia’s last name translates to warrior. She possesses an unrelenting work ethic, keen attention to detail, and an unyielding commitment to her clients. She adheres strongly to the notion that, as an attorney, compassion and empathy for each client’s uniquely challenging circumstances is integral to a successful outcome.

When Claudia is not practicing law or providing pro bono legal services she enjoys spending time with her family, spoiling her pugs, keeping abreast of the news, and watching documentary films. She’s an avid practitioner of yoga and mindfulness, and a member advocate of PanCAN® (Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Network).
